We rely on the generous giving from our community to serve our clients. All donations are tax-deductible, just ask us for a receipt.
Current Food Needs (as of 11/1/15)
We currently need:
– frozen turkeys for thanksgiving and Christmas
– canned green beans, corn, and peas
– bathroom tissue
– canned soup
– bar soap
– peanut butter
– Ramen noodles
– spaghetti sauce
|Please drop food items off on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 9:00 – 11:30 a.m. If this is not convenient, please call us at 292-1675 to arrange for drop off. In special situations, we can pick up large donations. Nonperishable items may also be dropped off in the Gathering Area of St. Josephs’ Church Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m -5:00 p.m and during weekend services.
Please off on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 9:00 – 11:30 a.m. If this is not convenient, you may drop them off at the Clothes Closet garage door. We cannot accept donations of large household items such as furniture and mattresses.
We are always in need of monetary donations as we buy most of our fresh meats and dairy products, and we have to purchase other essential food items that are in short supply.
Checks should be made out to “Mandarin Food Bank” and can be dropped of at the Food Bank during open hours or at St. Josephs’ Rectory during business hours. Checks can also be mailed to: 11730 Old St. Augustine Road, Jacksonville, FL 32258.
